What Happens Next
Most messages get a first reply within 24 hours. Scoring disputes during live matches are prioritised — include your manager username and the gameweek number so we can pull your squad log without back-and-forth.
Partnership and media enquiries go to a separate queue but still hit the same SLA. We're a small team, which means you talk to people who actually built the platform, not a script-reading call centre. If your issue needs engineering, we'll tell you straight rather than fob you off with a ticket number.
